Delivery

2–10 working days from the date the order is placed.

Roses can be ordered while stocks last. You can check the availability of specific varieties on our website. Delivery charges are indicative and calculated by quantity and weight; the parcel will also contain the invoice for the purchase.

Orders are delivered to your address by GLS courier service. For identification, your parcel number is always required; on request, we will send it by e-mail after dispatch.

Delivery window: on working days between 8:00 and 17:00.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please notify your intention to cancel in writing at [email protected].

Please return the product without delay, but no later than 14 days from communicating your cancellation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returned plants must be in the condition received and suitable for resale.

Upon return, we will refund the full amount of the order.

Quality complaint

If the product arrives in non-conforming quality, please report the issue within 48 hours with photographic documentation at [email protected].

You may choose from the following options:

A. Use of the establishment guarantee
  • Duration of the establishment guarantee: 1 month
  • You plant and care for the rose
  • If the plant dies within the guarantee period, we will refund the product price
  • Please provide photographic documentation of any failed plants
B. Return of the product concerned
  • You return the faulty product to us
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • We will refund the price of the plant
C. Destruction of the product concerned
  • You do not return the product; you dispose of it yourself
  • Please e-mail a photo confirming disposal
  • We will refund the product price

To process the refund, please e-mail:

  • the invoice number or order ID for the order
  • the bank account number required for the refund

Data protection

We inform you that your name, address and e-mail address are stored electronically and used for sending offers. Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to prohibit the disclosure of your data.

We will continue to use your name, address and e-mail address until you disable such use in writing or by telephone.
