Delivery condition, Stock & Guarantees for Roses – PharmaRosa®

What do delivery condition and stock status mean?

The appearance of the rose at the time of delivery depends on the season and the weather – this is natural. Here we show You where to find the “delivery condition” section for each variety, typical of the given month, why the plant may differ from the photo, what the basket icon indicates about availability, and how all this relates to our establishment and varietal identity guarantee.

What would You like to clarify: condition, stock or guarantee?

Delivery condition, stock and guarantees – PharmaRosa®

The summary below helps You understand in what current stage of development the roses ordered from our webshop may arrive, where You can find the most accurate information on this, and which guarantees make Your purchase safe.

Expected condition of the rose at delivery

The rose is a living plant, so its current appearance and stage of development at delivery may naturally vary depending on the season, the weather and the cultivation technology used.

Where can You find the current condition?

On the product page of the given rose variety we indicate what condition the stock can typically be expected to be in during this month. Please open the selected variety and scroll down on the product page to the “Delivery condition / current appearance” section, where You will find a photo and a short description corresponding to the given month.

What does the photo on the product page show?

The photo shows the average appearance typical of the given month (for example pre-budbreak condition, fresh shoot growth, leafed-out stage, neat appearance after pruning). This is useful information, as the rose changes continuously throughout the year.

Why might the delivered plant differ from the photo?

  • Weather differences: temperature and rainfall significantly influence shoot growth and density of foliage.
  • Cultivation specifics: the way the stock is managed (for example the timing of pruning) can affect the external appearance.
  • Natural individual differences: the stage of development of individual plants may differ even under identical conditions.

Purchase security: we offer a 1‑month establishment guarantee on our products, and we provide a varietal identity guarantee for every rose we sell. This means You can be confident even if the appearance of the delivered plant naturally differs from what is shown in the photo.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options

It is especially important to us that You are satisfied with Your purchase. Below we briefly summarise the guarantees and options with which we support the roses bought in our webshop.

Establishment guarantee

We offer a 1‑month establishment guarantee on our products. If, despite proper planting and care, the rose does not sprout or dies, we will provide a solution based on a warranty assessment.

The establishment guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • in the event of death caused by drought, frost or improper care,
  • if the required photos are not available,
  • for climber and rambler roses grown long-term in containers.

Varietal identity guarantee

We provide a varietal identity guarantee for every rose we sell. If, during the first flowering, it becomes clear that the plant is not the ordered variety, You may choose from the following options:

  • refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
  • free replacement with the correct variety.

If the notification is received more than 6 months after receipt, we may request the following for accurate identification:

  • the invoice for the purchase,
  • a photo of the plant(s) received,
  • the variety label.

Variety availability and stock

Indication of orderability

On the website, the appearance of the basket icon indicates that a variety is available to order. In all other cases the plants are still being grown and have not yet reached a marketable stage of development.

Why does the availability of varieties change?

Varieties become available at different times and in different quantities. The reason for this is that the growing cycle and rate of development of roses differ by variety, so we cannot give an exact advance date for every variety for when it will reach a marketable condition.

Stock updates

We update our stock daily; current availability always reflects the given day’s status.

Not sure whether the condition of the rose on arrival is “as it should be” or what to expect in terms of guarantees?

We provide short, practical answers on how to interpret delivery conditions, stock indicators, and the logic of our establishment/varietal identity guarantee, so that You can decide and plant with confidence.

  • Interpreting delivery conditions: what the month‑specific “current appearance” means and what counts as a natural variation
  • Reading the product page: where to find the “Delivery condition / current appearance” section and how to use it when deciding
  • What influences appearance: weather, timing of pruning/handling, individual plant differences
  • Practical aspects of the establishment guarantee: what the 1‑month period covers and under which care conditions it applies
  • Varietal identity guarantee: why the first flowering is the decision point and when replacement or refund comes into play
  • Stock and availability: what the basket icon indicates, why availability changes by variety, and how stock is updated
