PharmaRosa® guarantees – overview
For the plants we grow and supply we provide an establishment and varietal identity guarantee.
We guarantee that we send you a true‑to‑variety, viable rose. With correct planting and aftercare, the plant will develop optimally.
Potted roses have a root system that ensures good establishment. Planting is possible at any frost‑free time of the year. Planting must be carried out with due care.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options
For PharmaRosa®, it is especially important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below we have summarised what guarantees and options we provide for roses purchased from our online shop.
Establishment guarantee
Our products come with a 1‑month establishment guarantee. If, despite correct planting and care, the rose does not sprout or dies, you may exercise your guarantee as follows:
How to submit a guarantee claim
- Please keep the invoice and photograph the plants upon receipt.
- Plant the roses as soon as possible in open ground or in a pot of at least 20 litres.
- Take a photograph of each planted rose individually.
- If a plant dies, please send us by e‑mail:
- the name of the variety,
- the number of plant(s),
- the invoice number,
- photos of the planted and dead plants.
Would you like your guarantee claim to reach us quickly, completely and clearly identifiable?
We will prepare a short, pre‑filled guarantee claim e‑mail with your details, so that all information required for a refund is included and no time is lost on missing details.
- Guarantee claim e‑mail compiled with all required data in a clear, easy‑to‑read structure.
- Precise photo checklist: condition on receipt, planted plant, dead plant, label/tag.
- Support with individual identification for multiple plants (variety–quantity–photo matching).
- Consistent provision of account number and order details for faster processing.
- Structured request for all data needed for a refund (if applicable).
- Traceable communication after receipt: clear subject line and case type indication.

The establishment guarantee does not apply:
- in the event of death caused by drought, frost or incorrect care,
- if the requested photos are not available,
- in the case of growing climber and rambler roses in pots.
Varietal identity guarantee
We provide a varietal identity guarantee for every rose we supply. If, at the first flowering, it becomes clear that the plant is not the variety ordered, you may choose from the following options:
- refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
- free replacement with the correct variety.
Please submit your claim to our customer service by e‑mail after flowering, supported by photos.
If your claim is made more than 6 months after receipt, please attach:
- the invoice for your purchase,
- a photo of the plants as received,
- the varietal identification label.
